The Plyosoft Box set is designed to be safe, and to give users confidence when performing plyometric training. Its soft design minimises the risk of injury, and strong Velcro fixing straps keep boxes locked in place. Plyometric training should be performed on appropriate flooring to absorb some of the impact of the exercises on members’ joints.
Each Box is 92cm x 78cm
