Can we test the equipment out prior to purchase?
Absolutely - we have selected our most popular models to be on display in our North Sydney showroom.
How does the ‘6 Months to Exchange’ work?
After you purchase, we offer you 6 months to exchange your purchase. You can apply 100% of your product purchase price toward anything in our range of similar or more value.
How long does Delivery take?
Within the Greater Sydney Area, we aim to have your product installed into your home within 2-5 business days. When sending products via freight (outside of Sydney), we usually dispatch your product the next business day.
Can we rent products?
Our Sister Company - Pace Fitness Hire facilitates this. They offer flexible rental plans, with Rent To Buy options. We also can help with bespoke short term media hires, or for your corporate function.
What happens if we experience a fault with our product?
Because of the high quality of our equipment we don’t often experience problems. However should one occur - we work very closely with the manufacturers, offering in-home technician visits.
We take care of this by communicating with the technicians on your behalf, to ensure a speedy response and get your equipment back in action ASAP.
Do you do site visits to help with floor plans?
Whether it’s a commercial fitout, or a home gym setup - our sales team can schedule site visits to discuss the best layouts / models to suit your space. We really enjoy this process!
What areas do you service?
Whilst our Head Office, Main Warehouse and Showroom are located in Sydney - we also hold stock in Melbourne and Brisbane. Our Installation and Service Technician network spans NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD. No matter your location, we can help!
