To keep deliveries safe and straightforward, large or heavy items (over 20kg) are delivered to the front of your property only. This service is limited to locations that can be easily accessed at ground level and doesn’t include carrying items up stairs, through tight spaces, down steep driveways, or into difficult areas. The courier will decide what access is safe on the day, and assistance beyond the drop-off point can’t be promised.

Your order will be brought as close as the delivery vehicle and pallet equipment can reasonably reach. Items will be placed outside your property, typically on the roadside or footpath. From there, moving the goods indoors will be the customer’s responsibility.

To avoid any delivery issues, please let us know ahead of time if:

  • Someone will be on-site to receive and sign for the delivery (no Authority to Leave)

  • You’d like the courier to leave the item in a specific safe spot if no one is available

  • The delivery is going to a business address (please include the business name and operating hours)
