RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Kalo Gym Solutions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased in the last 3 days
  2. The product is in its original packaging
  3. The product isn’t used or damaged
  4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Kalo Gym Solutions.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refunds of Deposits

When you pay a deposit toward a product, you are committing to the purchase. If for whatever reason you change you mind, and do not wish to go through with the purchase – you forfeit the entire deposit. Please make this in writing should you wish to not proceed with the purchase.
