A few things to know before you book:
For large or heavy items (over 20kg), deliveries are made to the front of your property only. Our carriers use pallet equipment and large vehicles, so access needs to be safe, clear, and at ground level. Stairs, steep driveways, tight access ways, or difficult terrain fall outside what this service covers — the driver will assess safe access on the day, and delivery beyond the drop-off point cannot be guaranteed.
Your order will be placed as close to your property as the vehicle can reasonably reach — typically roadside or on the footpath. Moving items indoors from that point is the customer's responsibility.
To make sure your delivery goes smoothly, let us know in advance if:
Someone will be on-site to receive and sign — if no one is available, let us know where it's safe to leave
The delivery address has access limitations we should flag with the carrier
You're receiving at a business address — include the business name and operating hours
