Force USA C10 V2 All-In-One Functional Trainer

The C10 V2 is built around one core idea: you shouldn't have to choose between a cable system, a Smith machine, and a power rack. You get all three, integrated properly, in a footprint that's 122cm wide without the Smith machine attached and 195.5cm with it.

The six-post 11-gauge steel frame uses a 16mm hole pattern with 51mm laser-cut spacing on all four sides — that's the same spec you'd expect on serious commercial rack hardware, and it means the full Force USA attachment ecosystem works across every upright. The flush, self-adjusting base frame handles slightly uneven flooring without shimming. The 112cm interior working space is generous enough for comfortable movement across every exercise pattern.

The Freestyle Pulley Arms are the standout feature of the V2. In Flow Mode, the arms move freely through 180 degrees, eliminating friction and cable drag through the full range of motion — you feel the resistance on the target muscle rather than fighting the machine. Lock Mode engages via a heavy-duty pop-pin and converts the arms into a fixed cable station for strict, heavy pulling and pressing work. Both modes have a clear place in a well-programmed training week.

For those who want to expand further, optional sliding bench stations add leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl — all running off the lower centre cable system at up to 227kg resistance, storing upright against the wall when not in use.

The cable spec is worth noting: 6.2mm nylon-coated mil-spec aircraft cable tested to 907kg. That's not a cable that will fray or fail under daily heavy use.
