The headline feature is how it works with iFIT. Choose a workout and the t8 sets speed, incline and decline for you, so you can run hands-free. SmartAdjust goes a step further: it learns from the changes you make and tailors later sessions to your fitness level. Tap the on-screen shortcuts if you’d rather adjust manually.

The incline range is wider than most treadmills in this class. The -3% decline to 12% incline spread lets you train for a 5K, a marathon or a hiking trip, and the decline works different muscle groups from flat running. Top speed is 19.3 km/h (12 mph), which covers everything from a recovery walk to all-out sprints.

RunFlex cushioning absorbs impact and adds stability, which matters if you’re logging real kilometres. The 24" HD touchscreen pivots and tilts, so you can still see it when you step off the belt for iFIT’s strength, yoga and HIIT sessions. It also streams movies, shows and music directly on the screen.

iFIT syncs with Strava, Garmin and Apple Health, so your data stays in one place. One thing to know before you buy: the automatic adjustment and the library of 10,000+ workouts need an iFIT membership. The treadmill runs without one, but you’d be missing what makes it special.
