The WaterRower delivers a uniquely smooth and natural rowing experience thanks to its patented water resistance system. Inside the tank, a specially designed paddle moves through the water to create resistance that increases naturally with your effort — just like rowing on open water. This self-regulated resistance means the harder you row, the more challenging the workout becomes, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Built from solid wood, the WaterRower is as much a design piece as it is a training machine.
